At The Pulse Boutique, we want you to love your look, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Check Eligibility

Ensure your items are unwashed, unworn, and still have the original tags attached. Please note that clearance items marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.

Start Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print and Ship

Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the package off at any authorized USPS location.

Receive Store Credit

Once our warehouse processes your return, you will receive an e-gift card via email for the full purchase price minus the return shipping fee.
